Naming Convention

To maintain a high-end, "editorial" feel in the client's dashboard, we use a specific naming format. This groups all COTURE searches together and reinforces the partnership.

Standard FormatClient Name x COTURE

Example: Gina Ashwood x COTURE

Multiple Collections (The "Edition" Style)Client Name x COTURE, The [Name] Edit

Example: The Ericksons x COTURE, The Vandy Edit

Investment / Second Home (The "Portfolio" Style)Client Name x COTURE, The [Name] Portfolio

Example: The Ericksons x COTURE, The Vandy Portfolio

Note: Do not use colons (:) or pipes (|) in Collection names as Compass does not support them. Use commas or dashes instead.

Signature Request Protocol

When sending documents via Compass/DocuSign, use this format to keep the subject line clean, branded, and specific.

Email Subject LineCOTURE | Signature Requested [Address] [Document Name]

Example: COTURE | Signature Requested 1516 24th Ave Amendment
